Here is a lot of 3 of the same titles. Sleeves are generic and white with some light bending around the edges and one has the jukebox tag taped to it, one has a cataloging sticker on it, and the last has some tearing on the cover. All the vinyl plays very well. And two out of the three look nearly perfect. The last one has a couple of spots on the vinyl. One on each side and some tearing on one side of the label.

We try not to rely on any specific grading system, such as Goldmine, for using those simplistic grades may not capture the true essence of the item, and are also subject to interpretation by the seller or buyer.
